Gold Dust Club Rules
- Must meet age requirements of the Casino games to qualify for any Club benefits (must be at least age 21 to play slots or table games; must be at least 18 years of age to play Bingo and Poker).
- When redeeming points and prizes, state or federal photo identification must be presented.
- It is the Member’s responsibility to properly insert their membership card into the card reader or register the card with pit or poker personnel before playing.
- If the membership card is not inserted properly, or if you do not register your card with pit or poker personnel, points will not accumulate for that day of play.
- The registered Gold Dust Club Member is the only person eligible to use the assigned club card account.
- Members may not insert their card into a machine they are not playing.
- Gold Dust Club points and benefits are non-transferable.
- After 18 months of inactivity, we will review your account. This may result in its deletion.
- Member’s use of the Gold Dust Club Card indicates acceptance of all applicable rules, terms and conditions of the Gold Dust Club.
- Failure to comply with Gold Dust Club rules will result in the membership being revoked and the forfeiture of the member’s points.
- The Gold Dust Club, its membership and promotions may be revoked, altered or cancelled at the discretion of management.
- All disputes will be resolved by management.
- If any dispute is appealed to the Pueblo of Pojoaque Gaming Commission (PPGC), all PPGC decisions are final.
